Payment for Services
All ArabSites services are priced in U.S. dollars ($US). ArabSites reserves the right to confirm payment for all services ordered prior to establishing those services for its customers. At this time, payment for all services must be by major credit card. Card holder is responsible for following national and local jurisdiction laws. Sales to minors (under 18) are prohibited. Ordered services will generally be established within 72 hours of time of order and payment submission.
Order Cancellation
ArabSites will honor order cancellations if they are communicated by e-mail within 72 hours of order submission. Included in the body of the initial order confirmation message sent to each customer is an e-mail address and instructions for cancelling the order.
30-Day Money Back Guarantee
Each of ArabSites's Web site hosting services carries a 30 day unconditional money back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with our Web site hosting services within the first 30 days of service, you will receive a full refund excluding any setup fees, domain registration fees, etc.
Setup fees are refundable only if the account order is canceled prior to activation.
For Web hosting services, the full service charge less any setup fees, domain registration fees, etc. will be refunded if ArabSites is notified within the first 3 days following account activation. No refund is available after the 30th day.
This policy does not apply to any additional services such bandwidth usage, addition disk space, domain name registration, etc.

Your privacy is important to us! For that reason, ArabSites does not sell or share your private information with any other organization. Period!
